I have never looked disgruntled in my life; it's not in my nature. I believe that is Scaught McGibney, and that this photo was taken many blue moons ago on College St.
I can tell you that it is Kate O'Neill and there is a moderate level of disgruntledness.
Ok ... after having spoken with my lovely and non-disgruntled wife ... turns out it might be Scott.
