Mini Burgers Rule the World
One of the great things about working in Washington DC's Chinatown is the awesome American food!
Some of the best American food in Chinatown can be found at a little Italian bistro called Matchbox. Check out the small tiny super duper mini-burgers. I’ll be honest, that I did not realize that the Chinese had developed the mini-burger as part of their nano-technology push, but damn they pack a lot of flavor into those tiny burgers.
From Hooters to Fuddruckers, DC's Chinatown is a culinary dream come true. I love ethnic food - and DC’s Chinatown has it all!

Just for the record - there are 9 mini-burgers on the plate. I had four of the nine burgers. Probably equal to about 3 Big Macs. That is nothing. Its like a small snack for me.
i'm just curious as to what the hell is on top of those mini burgers. And I agree with Ken and Kate, keep up the good work!
I tell you B.J. whats on top of the scrumptious mini-burgers - fried onions. An let me suggest to you that the fried onions are almost as yumtastic as the little morsels of meat. You might search for a cheap flight down to DC so that you can enjoy some of these yummy mini-burgers. If you need help booking travel, let me know.
